Chris leads investment, capital formation, and operational activities for Bering Capital Partners.  His entrepreneurial vision and approach to real estate investment is built on a foundation of uncompromising institutional rigor and a steadfast fiduciary mindset.  In his nearly thirty years in the business, he has lead investment teams at some of the largest real estate investment platforms in the nation, and has transacted over 30 million square feet of institutional real estate assets throughout the Western United States, totaling nearly $7 billion.

Brett leads all asset management responsibilities of the portfolio overseeing leasing, construction and property operations.  Throughout his career he has negotiated over 5 million square feet of lease transactions and been involved in more than $2 billion of investment activity covering a variety of property types including office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets throughout the U.S.  Additionally, Brett has spearheaded the value-add repositioning of over 3 million square feet of property over his career.  Brett has previously spent time with Paceline Investors, Swift Real Estate Partners, Prometheus Real Estate Group and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College (CT). 

Aaron is a Senior Vice President at Bering Capital Partners.  He is pivotal in  all areas of the firm’s operations including analytical processes, acquisitions, asset management and capital sourcing.  Prior to joining Bering Capital Partners he was a member of a top-producing Capital Markets team in Cushman & Wakefield's San Francisco office.  Aaron has underwritten and completed over $1.5B in commercial transactions in the Bay Area and Northern California.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in Economics from Queen’s University.

Lisa Klenner is a Vice President at Bering Capital partners, and is responsible for various analytical, due diligence, and closing activities.  Prior to joining the firm, Klenner worked at Orchard Partners where she was integral in the acquisition and asset management of over $200 million of value-added Office, R&D and Industrial properties throughout Northern California.  Prior to Orchard Partners, she headed research and analytical functions at Cushman & Wakefield's regional hub in San Francisco.   Lisa earned her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and an MPA from California State University, East Bay.
